By responding to any personal email from Advanced Facial Aesthetics

If you are an existing patient of Advanced Facial Aesthetics any correspondence via email will be saved and used for the purposes of historical information or point of reference throughout the life of the treatment and will be stored indefinitely whilst the patient is still a customer of Advanced Facial Aesthetics. If not a patient, information will be stored until they either become a patient or it’s confirmed they are not.

By calling Advanced Facial Aesthetics and responding to questions about any potential or actual treatment that we may discuss between us.

If you call Advanced Facial Aesthetics we may take written notes of our conversation. If you are an existing patient these will be used for the purpose of furthering any future treatment.

Via any face to face meeting with a representative from Advanced Facial Aesthetics where questions about ant treatment may take place.

Notes taken at face to face meetings are, if an existing patient, used for the purpose of furthering any treatment required. If an initial meeting, the notes will be used for quotation purposes and stored until the treatment becomes live or not.

Any personal information collected is used for the purposes outlined above. It is never sold or given to any 3rd party unless required to do so by law. Any new patient information is added to our internal database and will used for communicating about their treatment

All data relating to live patients is kept indefinitely until they are no longer a patient of Advanced Facial Aesthetics. Old patient data is stored for legal purposes for the minimum required time, the data is then securely disposed.
